Industrial and administrative building

Currently, more than 85% of the existing assets of JSC «TRACOM» has or is being used. The administrative block, «lit.Ş-10», consisting of the production and administrative buildings, with a total area of 37 795.3 square meters and an adjacent land area of 1.8 hectares, is the largest and the last untapped asset of JSC «TRACOM». It is currently exposed to investment projects.

Different computer models of the planned industrial-administrative building, «lit Ş-10», have been analysed in recent years. Thus, JSC «TRACOM», together with «RURALPROIECT» – the state design institute – have developed the project of restoration.

Analysis of the demand on the regional markets, together with the real demands of some potential clients, such as: Leoni, Delphi, Sumitomo, Yazaki, led to the fact that together with the Romanian company «ARHIMAR», the second project was officially created — the «integrated functional module».

It is based on the idea to provide investors with areas starting with 5000 sq.m , called modules. This approach creates a number of new opportunities. Among them: JSC «TRACOM» may engage in the process of preparing the area for «turn-key» projects on the basis of the investors decision. An investor may also choose to form partnerships with adjacent residents in «lit.Ș-10», if this occurs, JSC «TRACOM» offers use of the production block of «lit. Ș-10» for both partnership and independent companies.
