Business Centre
JSC «TRACOM» – the administrative company of the industrial park «TRACOM», has carried out the reconstruction of the administrative building of the block, ‘lit. Ş-10’. The degree of restoration is estimated at about 60%. All the necessary network for the provision of utility services – water supply, wastewater (sewage), gas and electricity are all connected to the administrative unit.
For the restoration of the industrial – administrative building, lit. Ş-10, there are two projects that can be pursued:
The building may be used by a single investor or may be used by multiple investors in their own module(s).
The administrative unit may be used in three different ways:
- It can be used as space for offices.
- It can be used as space for a business centre.
- It can be used for large-scale projects, such as space for a technological innovation park.
The third option would give multiple benefits for the residents, such as:
- Promotion of sustainable economic development.
- Promotion of economic activity, generating high added value.
- The development of the business environment by maintaining the small and medium enterprises.
- The development of entrepreneurship among students of educational institutions.
