Radiator SA Company – appeared in 1999, according to the Privatization and Restructuring Program, of the production association «Tractor plant in Chisinau», which was reorganized into six joint stock companies, one of them being Radiator SA (based on the section for the production of consumer goods).

Currently the company has qualified personnel, and the production bases are located in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine and Russia.
